Our Carlux Products come with a 6-month warranty that commences from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

This warranty covers pre-existing manufacturing defects that were present prior to the delivery of the boot liners and car mats.

To activate the warranty, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Should you submit a valid request within the warranty period, along with valid purchase receipts, you will be eligible for a replacement. If the specific product is no longer available, we will substitute it with a similar item. However, The Organised Auto retains the right to determine whether the fault lies with the manufacturer.

The warranty claim will be honored if the product was purchased from our authorized dealers on our official store.

It's important to note that damages resulting from unauthorized use, such as alterations, repairs, resurfacing, or other modifications, as well as improper usage of mats, accidents such as tears, cracks, dents, drops, knocks, and negligence, lack of care, or abusive use, are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, damages caused by fire, water exposure, theft or loss, scratches, damage to face material, trims, foot placement, fire or water damage, normal deterioration, or regular wear and tear are also excluded from coverage under this warranty.

Please take note: Your mats and boot liners must be sent to us for inspection before any warranty claim can be processed. If your initial delivery included free shipping, you will be responsible for postage fees to return the item to us, as this is not covered by the warranty. However, if the warranty claim is due to a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse you for the postage.

To initiate a warranty claim for your product, please follow these steps:

1. Send us an email detailing the faults and attach photos, along with the date of purchase and order number.
2. Await our response, wherein we will provide you with further instructions.
3. We will assess the claim and provide you with case-specific details.
4. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped. If not approved, we can return your item to you at your expense.
